Return Policy

Conditions

We endeavour to satisfy your needs. If the products you have purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are possible if all of the following conditions are met:

• The item(s) you want to return was purchased from our store.
• The item(s) are in its original condition and have not been worn, used, or altered by any means.
• Your return request is submitted with 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Any additional items (spare buttons, embellishment, dust bags etc) are returned along with the item(s).
• The item(s) have not been used in commercial shoots, photo shoots, online, social media posts, or for personal reasons.
• The item(s) are shipped back in its original packaging.
• The return shipment occurs within 14 days from the date of return.
• The return is shipped from the same country in which the item(s) were purchased.

If your returns does not meet the conditions, the package will be sent back to you. Unfortunately, no refund will be issues.

Moreover, NAYA & JOVI cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of the returned merchandise.

Refund

As soon as your return has been accepted and processed, your refund will be issued to the same payment method utilised at the time of purchase. 

Once your refund has been processed, you will be notified via email.

Please note, the time needed for your funds to be available may very based on the payment method used.
